My name is Dr. Fadi Naioom, and I am passionate about providing comprehensive dental care. Growing up in New Zealand and later moving to Philadelphia for high school, I discovered my passion for healthcare at a young age. However, it was dentistry that truly captured my heart. The ability to provide instant gratification and positively impact someone’s day by restoring a broken tooth or relieving dental pain inspired me to pursue this field. Unlike some medical professions, dentistry allows me to work hands-on and think creatively, which is something I enjoy on a daily basis.

After completing my undergraduate studies in microbiology at the University of Arizona, I attended the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. In 2014, I graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and have since dedicated myself to serving the community in the Phoenix Valley. In 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized my dream of opening my own dental office, where I could provide personalized care and treat patients the way I have always wanted to be treated.

As a dentist, I believe that a successful doctor should possess qualities such as diligence, creativity, patience, and kindness. However, above all, caring deeply for the person sitting in the chair is paramount. I approach dentistry from a comprehensive perspective, understanding that I treat not just a tooth but a whole person. After addressing any immediate concerns, I focus on providing comprehensive dental care, considering the bigger picture, and offering treatment that benefits the patient as a whole.

 One of my greatest strengths as a dentist is my genuine care for my patients. When someone is in pain, my ultimate goal is to alleviate their suffering and leave them with a smile. I approach every case as a puzzle to solve, and I continually seek to expand my knowledge through continuing education. As a result, I have obtained certifications in Invisalign, SureSmile, Laser Dentistry, CEREC dentistry, Public Health with Dental Emphasis, First Aid, OSHA, and CPR. I also have advanced Dentrix Practice Management Software training, ensuring that my patients receive the most comprehensive and efficient treatment possible. Moreover, I am a member of the Special Care Dental Association Student Network and the American Student Dental Association.

Outside of dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my beloved wife, Mary, and our two children, Micah and Emma. Additionally, I am an avid movie enthusiast, particularly enjoying adventure and action films that challenge the mind. Staying active through sports, working out, and maintaining a healthy outlook on life are also integral parts of my lifestyle.

Dental Assistant

I am a California native, but moved to AZ in 2005. I fell in love with AZ the moment we arrived (except for the heat). I am married and we have two sons, one daughter and our dog Kali.

I have been in dentistry since 2015 and absolutely love everything about dentistry. The highlight of my job is seeing how happy my patients are after their treatment is completed, and they love their new smile. It reminds me of why I love dentistry.

When I am away from the office, I enjoy getting out of the heat by taking trips to Sedona and Flagstaff with my husband and our children. My favorite place to be is at Target, I mean what mom doesn’t like to spend their quiet time there? (at least I do)!

Office Manager

After graduating from BYU in theater and dance, I came home looking for a job. A dentist friend of mine asked me to come help him for the summer at his office, and I ended up falling in love with dentistry. Watching patients finally be able to smile because we were able to give them a perfect smile, was a career I wanted to keep doing. That was back in 1990 and I haven’t stopped yet.

I am a native to New Mexico, but have lived in Arizona since 1991. I have a son and twin daughters and one grandchild, who I spend most of my free time with. We enjoy traveling, especially to Disneyland! We love taking day trips to anywhere a plane can get us in a couple of hours. I love reading and spend many hours at the lake with a book in my hand. I have read the Harry Potter series, too many times to count!

I love being at Restoration Dental as the Office Manager. Dr. Naioom is one of the best dentists I have worked for and is also a very kind hearted boss. Our goal at Restoration Dental is to make sure you’re treated better than you have been at any dental office. We never judge on how your teeth look; we only want to help you obtain a smile you will show off to others.

Emily Harmon

Dental Hygienist

I was born and raised in Northern Arizona and moved to the Phoenix area in 2008 to attend hygiene school. I graduated from Carrington College with a degree in dental hygiene and continued on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Master’s degree in Business Administration. I have continued to work dental hygiene because of my passion for patient care and patient education. In my free time, I spend my days playing with my dogs and watching my daughter play soccer.
